Gearing up for the Aberdeen Roundabout: the Freetown team's preparatory exam

Part one asked each team member to produce detailed drawings of the proposed canopy — balancing shade, shelter and visual appeal for one of Freetown's busiest junctions.

Part two moved from paper to pavement: each participant drafted a full construction procedure, including practical build steps and on-site safety considerations.

The exam was a proving ground before Dr. Ye Tao's arrival, showing that the Freetown team can lead the transformation of the Aberdeen roundabout into a landmark of community shade and climate action.
